The increasing number of commuters in the Jabodetabek Metropolitan Area has resulted in higher level of traffic congestion and, in turn, longer commute time from place of residence to place of work. A consequence of longer travel time is in terms of people’s health. The purpose of this study is to identify the health status of commuting workers in the Jabodetabek Metropolitan Area. The data source of this study is the micro data of the 2019 Jabodetabek Commuter Survey, which is carried out by BPS. Descriptive and inferential statistics are used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis might be used as input for government policies in dealing with transportation issues in the Jabodetabek Metropolitan Area.
